Rates & Fees
Rand offers Individual, Couples, and Family coaching sessions on an as available basis. His standard rate is $250 per session. *
Rand offers Group Coaching for Individuals and Couples at $50 per session (Rand will place you in the group he feels will work best for you. For example, the Marriage and Relationships Group, the Single Parents Group, the Men’s Group, etc.). *
Rand offers Executive Coaching at the following rates: $350 per session for small businesses of 1-10 employees; $450 per session for medium businesses of 11-49 employees; and $600 per session for corporations and large businesses of 50 or more employees. *

Rand adheres to the International Coaching Association standards of practice, and provides coaching sessions in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment.
* Rand offers discounted rates for individuals, couples, and families experiencing financial hardship. Individual, Couples, and Family coaching sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes and require a minimum commitment of two sessions. Executive coaching sessions are approximately 75-90 minutes and require a minimum commitment of two sessions. Group Coaching sessions are approximately 55-60 minutes and require a minimum commitment of eight sessions.
